Site Supervisor – Armed SR Global Security Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour SR Global Security is hiring a professional Armed Site Supervisor for a busy retail shopping center. This position requires strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to manage security operations while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Supervise on-site security personnel Conduct patrols of the shopping center and parking areas Respond to incidents, including theft, trespassing, and disturbances Complete accurate incident and activity reports Maintain professional communication with tenants, visitors, and property management Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary Requirements Valid California Driver License with clean driving record BSIS Guard Card BSIS Firearm Permit Less-than-Lethal Permit (OC Spray, Taser, or Baton) Professional appearance and duty equipment Knowledge of California Penal Codes related to theft, burglary, and trespassing Prior security supervisory experience preferred Schedule Tuesday – Saturday 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM SR Global Security is committed to maintaining professional, proactive security services for our clients and communities.
