We Are Hiring Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Saint Thomas Midtown Department: Security Schedule: Full-Time What You Will Do Lead Proactive Safety Missions Take command of the environment by identifying potential threats and executing immediate response plans to maintain a secure and healing atmosphere for all staff and visitors. Master High-Stakes Incident Management Drive organizational safety by investigating security hazards and documenting every detail to ensure accurate high-quality records for future risk mitigation. Champion Emergency Readiness Plans Act as a vital technical lead by mastering all alarm systems and emergency protocols to ensure the team is prepared for any disaster or security simulation. Ensure Public Safety and Assistance Protect the well-being of the community by providing clear guidance and a reassuring professional presence to help visitors navigate the facility safely during stressful times. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Security Guard credentialed from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
