E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an Arms Transfer Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official. Job Responsibilities: Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements Performs Arms Transfers Analysis and updates the database Research, reviews, edits, plans, prepares, integrates and publishes complex all­ source arms transfers national military intelligence studies, plans, and/or products to contribute to or produce all-source intelligence for DIA, DoD, national and international intelligence organizations Develop innovative analytical approaches and validation of analytical conclusions Maintains expertise on state-to-state negotiations, agreements, and deliveries of conventional weapons. Conduct analysis of networks, organizations, or government entities enabling or participating in legal weapons transfers. Identifies intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill gaps in information, evaluates resulting intelligence collected in response to requirements and determines analytical approach Identifies significant trends within assigned subject-matter area and proposes new or revised analytical projects to alert decision-makers to new developments and to meet customer requirements Provides written and briefing input to policymakers on key trends Collaborates and forges new partnerships with other Intelligence Community, Defense Intelligence Enterprise, DoD and law enforcement analysts on intelligence analysis and with collectors. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance, willingness to take a polygraph. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with conventional weapons, arms proliferation, materiel exploitation Experience with network development tools and methods Knowledge of electric power plants and associated equipment Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards To Apply for this Position: You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
