What You’ll Be Doing Provide Concierge-level Service in resolving customer IT issues and requests Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in analysis and troubleshooting Identify and learn software and hardware used and supported by the organization Conduct research into a wide range of computing issues Perform analysis to identify trends Prioritize and execute tasks with a sense of urgency Collaborate with team to deliver IT training and support Build rapport with customers throughout the organization Create and maintain system and process documentation Support IT on Process Improvement efforts Contribute to IT project work Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to work independently What Will Make You Successful Concierge level service to customers Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication High Energy & Hunger for Knowledge Excellent Attention to Detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good team player with exceptional interpersonal skills Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Windows applications Ability to work 40-hour work week/ 10 weeks May-Aug What Makes You Stand Out Exceptional concierge-level customer service skills.
