ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Huddersfield team and play a key role in supporting customers and clients through their vehicle repair journey. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing vehicle claims end-to-end, from repair instruction through to completion.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, clients, third parties, and repairers.
  • Recording and updating claim details using Avant Group’s bespoke software.
  • Taking ownership of your caseload, ensuring claims progress in line with KPIs and targets.
  • Keeping all stakeholders fully informed with accurate and detailed updates.
  • Meeting and exceeding agreed service levels.
