Position Overview We’re seeking a passionate full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Lewiston clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance. Responsibilities

The provider will conduct new and established patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for substance use disorders, and initiate/manage patients on buprenorphine and other maintenance medications. Responsibilities also include administering long-acting injectables, monitoring treatment response, reviewing labs, collaborating with care teams, and documenting in the EMR.
