Description Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Addiction Medicine - Full-Time (W2) Ideal Option PLLC Location: Hillsboro, OR Compensation: $66-$76/hr Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday) Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (W-2) Please note: We are not currently hiring for part-time, 1099/contract, or remote/hybrid positions. Position Overview We’re seeking a passionate full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Hillsboro clinic team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to patients throughout the continuum of recovery - from initial stabilization to long-term maintenance. Responsibilities

The provider will conduct new and established patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans for substance use disorders including initiating and managing buprenorphine and other maintenance medications. Responsibilities also include monitoring treatment response, adjusting medications, reviewing labs, collaborating with care teams, and documenting appropriately.
