If so, come join the Orlando Informer team as an Arrival Ambassador! As an Arrival Ambassador, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring our guests have a magical experience at our after-hours theme park events. From setting up the check-in area to warmly greeting guests, you will be at the forefront of creating lasting memories. Key Responsibilities: Prepare the check-in area to ensure a smooth and efficient guest registration process. Provide a warm welcome to our guests as they arrive for the event. Verify photo IDs and ensure they match the names on our digital check-in system. Distribute credentials and maps to guests. Answer basic questions about the event, the park, and Orlando Informer. Conduct various quality assurance tasks, ensuring every aspect of the event meets Orlando Informer's high standards. Performs other duties as assigned. In-person availability on Friday and Saturday, November 14-15, 21-22, December 5-6, and 12-13, 2025. Must be 18 years or older. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable and punctual. Previous customer service or event experience is a plus. Must comply with all legal requirements and company policies. Authorization to work in the United States. Willingness to undergo a background check. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with reasonable accommodation: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move around the park as needed. Ability to lift and or move up to 40 pounds. Working outdoors in all weather conditions to include direct sunlight, heat, or cold. Hearing audible voice commands with background noise. Repeating motions more than twice per minute. Ability to maintain alertness and attentiveness for up to 4 hours while working varying hours. Ability to maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedures). This is a seasonal, hourly position starting at $22/hour.
