We are looking for hands on, knowledgeable hospitality professional to join our busy Front Office team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your warmth, enthusiasm and commitment to service excellence to visitors in Queenstown.

Job Description

  • Assist with car / hotel doors and guest luggage
  • Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
  • Ensure arrivals report with VIP’s highlighted on the valet desk
  • Effective communication to the porter and reception team on guests arrivals.
  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including driveway, front entrance, car park & lobby.
  • Co-ordinate guest transportation to and from airport where required.
  • Valet parking guest vehicles with assistance of porter team.
  • All guest property in storage, long or short term, duly documented and cared for.
  • Assist porter/concierge if needed
