About the Role We’re looking for an Arrivals Inspector to check and process incoming vehicles. You’ll inspect each car as it arrives, identify any issues, and make sure everything is documented accurately. Your work helps make sure every vehicle meets Clutch’s standards before it's sold to a customer. What You'll Do Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues Identify problems and report anything that falls outside our quality standards Move, start, and park cars around the lot as needed Track inspection results using checklists and software tools Communicate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams Help prioritize vehicle flow for service and delivery Perform basic troubleshooting if a vehicle has minor issues Keep work areas organized and follow safety procedures What You Bring Strong attention to detail Able to follow processes and take direction well Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Basic knowledge of cars or interest in learning Valid G2 or higher driver’s license with a clean abstract Can drive automatic; manual is a plus Comfortable using a tablet or basic computer software Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in where needed Nice to Have Previous automotive, logistics, or warehouse experience Familiar with Google Sheets or other digital tools Able to drive manual transmission vehicles If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a growing company, we’d love to hear from you.
