Project Overview You will be supporting HR-related projects and enhancements, contributing to the development and maintenance of scalable applications that support business-critical functions. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications to support HR systems and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system quality and stability. Support deployment activities and provide production support when required. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Continuously enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience using Java or Kotlin. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Preferred Skills Experience in frontend development using TypeScript and React. Experience in backend or enterprise development using C#. Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL. Exposure to full stack architecture and modern web application design.
