We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Art Advisor to join our team, someone who thrives at the intersection of art, sales, marketing, and design.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree - A background in art is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both Spanish and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Photoshop a plus)
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends for special events

• Build and maintain relationships with private collectors, interior designers, architects, and corporate clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Implement a strategy for bringing new clients to the gallery.
• Manage gallery social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
• Create technical sheets, artist bios, and promotional materials
• Support graphic design needs for exhibitions, events, and online content
• Assist in planning and hosting gallery openings, private viewings, and PR events
• Provide personalized tours and consultations for clients and visitors
• Coordinate logistics for artwork packing, shipping, and installation
• Maintain the gallery’s pristine appearance and welcoming atmosphere
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, emails, and client follow-ups
