Job Description In the role as Art Buyer, you will collaborate and work closely with different stakeholders and team members within the Content Studio, to source creative talents, according to need, that are appropriate for the execution of photo shoots and creative concepts to achieve company goals and strategies. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES What you will do: Drive your own casting and production-related projects independently from beginning to end. Plan, organize, and manage administrative and logistical tasks to ensure smooth workflows. Cast and maintain relationships with photographers, casting agents, talents, and other creative partners. Lead communication with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure alignment and project clarity. Handle budgets, cost estimates, and negotiations with vendors and partners. Be reachable and responsive throughout ongoing productions and preparation phases. Manage feedback coming from multiple parts of the organisation with professionalism and clarity. Navigate a fast‑paced work environment while staying structured, solution‑oriented, and calm under pressure. This role brings you into daily contact with many functions, making relationship‑building a central part of the job. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This is a full-time temporary contract for one year, based at our Head Office in Södermalm, Stockholm, starting in June 2026.
