Description

NO PORTFOLIO? NO PROBLEM. LET YOUR TALENT SPEAK.

Do you dream of working in the arts but don’t know where to begin? Are you full of creative energy but lack the experience to get noticed? We’re looking for raw, talented individuals ready to prove themselves and make a quick entry into the creative industry.
Laura I. Art Gallery, a multi-award-winning non-profit led by artist Laura Iosifescu, is inviting volunteers to join our exciting climate-conscious and arts-driven projects. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who may not have a portfolio but want to gain real experience and transition into paid creative roles.

Those who demonstrate potential will be offered paid commissions to:

  • Illustrate and design books
  • Create animations
  • Film or lead short performances
  • Direct or support theatre and storytelling sessions
  • Lead creative environmental projects (for these roles, we’re especially looking for people based in Greenwich or East London)

For all other roles, you can be based anywhere in London.
By joining us, you’ll: ✅ Work closely with our gallery director
✅ Receive three one-to-one mentoring sessions (worth £195)
✅ Build skills, receive strong references, and grow your creative network
✅ Get UK-based work experience in the arts
✅ Have food and travel costs covered
Priority will be given to those with early-stage skills in 3D design, animation, filming, video editing, or basic WordPress, but we welcome all who are eager to learn and ready to make a difference.
Apply now to unlock your creative potential and become part of a mission that blends art, impact, and opportunity.
