In this role, you will develop and execute creative and innovative design strategies that reflect Color Street's brand vision and aesthetics. You will strengthen the brand identity across various digital platforms, including web and mobile, while collaborating with designers, the marketing team, and the social media team to create cohesive visual solutions that showcase Color Street's beauty products. Additionally, you will produce content that effectively communicates the brand's values and messaging, while leading the team’s creative direction. This role will sit in our Manhattan, NY office and will work closely with our HQ in Totowa, NJ. What You’ll Do: Develop compelling campaign concepts with the design teams. Direct and mentor Graphic Designers, ensuring high-quality output and seamless execution Bring our brand vision to life by overseeing the crafting of sophisticated, beauty-focused designs and interactive content, including web banners, email templates, and social media assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with business goals and drive sales. Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Partner with IT to ensure smooth content implementation. Lead photoshoot art direction and oversee the development of brand-aligned visual content Build and refine design systems to strengthen our digital brand presence Requirements 3-5 years of professional experience in digital design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands. A degree in graphic or digital design is preferred but not required. A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity. Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for projects. A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills coupled with a strong attention to detail. Fluency in Korean and English is a strong plus.
