Job Description: Teambeschreibung: Du wirst Teil des Global Brand Office (im Konzernbereich Corporate Affairs & Strategy). Das Global Brand Office verantwortet und gestaltet wir die Identitäten unserer Marken (z.B. Deutsche Bank, Postbank) und entwickelt Konzepte, um sie erlebbar zu machen. Als Art Director bist du das kreative Herzstück unseres kompakten, schlagkräftigen Inhouse Creative Studios. Du verwandelst strategische Vorgaben und kreative Konzepte in markenkonforme, hochwertige Assets und Systeme – von Kampagnenvisuals und Motion-Design bis hin zu Templates und Präsentationsmaterialien. Dein Ziel: Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Konsistenz für die Marken Deutsche Bank und Postbank auf ein neues Level zu heben. Deine Aufgaben: Von der Idee zur Umsetzung Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Creative Director kreative Themenfelder und setzt diese in erstklassige visuelle Lösungen für verschiedene Kanäle und Zielgruppen um (intern & extern). Du erstellst modulare Asset-Suiten (Key Visuals, Social/Motion-Cutdowns, Banner, Print-Adaptionen, Präsentationsvorlagen), die flexibel und effizient eingesetzt werden können. Designsystem & Templates Du pflegst und entwickelst unser visuelles Erscheinungsbild, die Designbibliotheken und Dokument-/Präsentationsvorlagen weiter. Du sorgst dafür, dass auch Nicht-Designer mit deinen Tools markenkonforme Materialien erstellen können. Produktion & Qualitätssicherung Du verantwortest die Produktionsspezifikationen und Übergaben (Print & Digital), Motion-Guidelines, Barrierefreiheit, Prepress und Dateihygiene. Du führst strukturierte Qualitätschecks durch und arbeitest eng mit Legal/IP und Brand Governance bei Freigaben zusammen. KI-gestützte Kreation Du nutzt und gestaltest KI-Workflows und Prompts innerhalb unseres Brand Operating Systems (Brand OS), um die Entwicklung, Versionierung und Adaption von Assets zu beschleunigen – immer mit menschlicher Qualitätskontrolle. Zusammenarbeit Du arbeitest eng mit dem Creative Director, Brand Strategists und regionalen Teams zusammen. Du erklärst Designentscheidungen verständlich und coachst Nicht-Designer, damit Briefings und Abstimmungen effizienter werden. Was du mitbringst Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in integrierter Gestaltung/Art Direction (Brand Identity, Digital, Motion, Editorial, Präsentation). Ein Portfolio, das Systemdenken und exzellente Umsetzung zeigt. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Adobe CC, Figma und Motion-Tools; Erfahrung mit KI-Tools für Ideation und Adaption. Produktions-Know-how für Print und Digital; Vertrautheit mit rechtlichen/genehmigungsrelevanten Prozessen in regulierten Umfeldern.
