The Art Director will lead the creative strategy and art direction for our corporate Organigram brand as well as our recreational portfolio of brands. This leadership role within the Marketing department will involve the development of strategic creative concepts as well as overseeing the creative output for a team .
A proven track record in campaign design, brand building, production, print, and digital graphics will be crucial to the marketing function’s success. Your leadership and creative expertise will shape the direction and quality of our creative output, ensuring that our corporate and recreational brands are visually compelling and aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
In addition to a strong creative skillset, we are seeking an experienced cross-functional collaborator with organizational savvy. You will work closely with brand managers, and cross-functionally with the trade marketing, digital marketing and corporate communications teams to ideate and create best-in-class materials that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of related work experience in a creative firm ideally responsible for consumer packaged goods, regulated goods or related B2C brand building
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Communications, Fine Arts or a related field
  • Proven track record of creating high-quality, innovative, and effective creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Work experience as either a senior designer or an art director
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring creative teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest design and marketing trends and applying them to drive business results at all consumer and customer touch points.
