Job Title: Art Director (Web and Social Media)
About the Role:We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director Designer to lead our creative department while remaining actively involved in the creation of key visuals for client’s brand, websites and social content. In this role, you will not only oversee and guide the team but also take a hands-on approach to designing and producing high-quality creative work. You will be responsible for making key design decisions and ensuring our clients’ brand visual identity is consistently represented across all projects.
Types of project we work on:
-Shopify Ecommerce Websites
-Social Media Campaigns for e-commerce clients, coffee shops and restaurants
-Design of applications for health wellness companies
-Consumer Packaged Goods print design for suppliments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as Senior Designer, or similar role.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative leadership and hands-on design skills.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor the creative team to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Actively participate in the creation and execution of key visual assets, from concept through to final delivery.
  • Oversee and review the work of other designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Make strategic design decisions that support business objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • When needed, help with production design of assets
