What you’ll do:

  • Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and motion
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring ideas to life
  • Present and sell creative concepts with clarity and confidence to both internal teams and clients
  • Guide junior creatives and designers, offering mentorship and feedback
  • Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand strategy and client goals
  • Stay plugged into culture, design trends, and emerging tech to keep our work fresh and relevant
  • Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities with compelling creative thinking

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a creative or agency environment (or a folio that speaks for itself)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, craft, and versatility across channels
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and branding
  • Experience working across social platforms and digital-first campaigns
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A passion for culture, creativity, and making work that resonates with real people
  • Bonus: motion design, animation, or video editing skills
