In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the art production process—keeping projects on track, ensuring smooth communication across teams, and helping deliver visually stunning slot games that players love. Essential Job Functions: Own the art production pipeline for multiple slot game projects including original titles and sequels. Track milestones and deliverables for one or more development teams. Maintain tasks and workflows with project management tools. Coordinate interdepartmental tasks, capturing requirements and ensuring alignment between art, animation, and engineering teams. Schedule and attend internal game reviews, compiling feedback and distributing notes. Create and maintain status reports to keep stakeholders informed. Culture: We’re passionate about games and love what we do. Qualifications Training and/or Experience: 2-5 years of professional project management experience. Experience leading teams and managing software development projects a plus. Background in gaming or entertainment production—casino gaming experience is a huge plus. Experience in art direction or production for film, TV, or mobile games. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Comfortable working with small, agile teams and wearing multiple hats. Positive attitude under pressure and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Familiarity with project/task management software a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Work Conditions: Our studio is in Las Vegas, NV. We're offering a lump sum payment to assist with relocation for out-of-state candidates. This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in office.
