Description

Ready to ditch the dull and jump into a job that’s bursting with colour, creativity, and pure energy? We’re on the lookout for an outgoing, upbeat Splatter Guide to join our Edinburgh Studio and help deliver an unforgettable experience at one of the city’s most unique and exciting art entertainment studios!
If you’re someone who’s full of personality, thrives in high-energy environments, and loves the idea of guiding others through an art experience that’s as messy as it is fun, then this is the role for you.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • A bright, bubbly personality that can light up a room
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading sessions with confidence
  • A true people person: friendly, approachable, and great at making everyone feel welcome
  • At least 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (you’re used to being on your feet and staying upbeat!)
  • You’ll need to be available on Saturdays, Mondays, and Thursdays. Thursdays will always be your fixed day, and Saturdays/Mondays will rotate with another team member. For example, if you’re in on Saturday, you’ll have Monday off and if you’re in on Monday, you’ll have Saturday off. We do ask for a little flexibility if cover is needed.
  • Flexibility for seasonal holidays and busy periods (like Christmas, Easter, and school breaks)
  • A love of art or performance is a bonus, but if you’ve got enthusiasm, we’ll teach you the rest!

  • Guide groups through their own hands-on, splatter-tastic painting experience
  • Be the friendly face that makes sure everyone has a blast – and keeps it safe, of course!
  • Keep the studio spotless between sessions – organized chaos is your jam
  • Refill paint, check supplies, and keep our creative chaos running smoothly
  • Capture and share fun behind-the-scenes moments for our Insta and TikTok – we want viral-worthy content!
  • Handle bookings, answer queries, and keep the studio humming behind the scenes
