We are looking for an Art Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available from the upcoming 2026/27 academic year in August 2026. About the school This bilingual school offers a dual-language learning environment that blends strong local academics with internationally referenced standards. Students learn in both Mandarin and English across the school, supported by experienced Chinese and international faculty, with plenty of enrichment beyond the classroom. The programme is designed to build confident, capable learners with strong language skills, cultural awareness, and a clear pathway toward top university destinations in China and overseas. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of art to high school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject Knowledge of and experience with the DP or Cambridge (IGCSE and A-level) Excellent communications skills Salary and benefits Monthly salary of 25,000 RMB to 30,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 7000 RMB Relocation allowance Transportation allowance & city allowance 4,000 RMB Contract completion bonus Health Insurance Free education for two dependent children National public holidays Summer holiday 7 weeks and Winter holiday 5 weeks
