Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized art therapy programs for clients. Conduct assessments to determine client needs and appropriate therapeutic interventions. Facilitate group and individual art therapy sessions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate art therapy into comprehensive care plans. Document client progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions. Educate clients and their families about the benefits of art therapy and creative expression. Evaluate the effectiveness of art therapy interventions and make necessary adjustments. Valid and current art therapy license or certification recognized in the state of practice. Masters degree in Psychology Social Work, or Mental Health. Strong understanding of various art mediums and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in developing therapeutic relationships with clients. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Demonstrated experience in working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health issues.
