We are actively seeking a knowledgeable, driven, and coachable individual to join our team as an Arthroplasty Sales Specialist supporting the Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia region.
As an Arthroplasty Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as the technical expert in joint replacement solutions, including knee and shoulder arthroplasty and virtual implant positioning technology. You’ll support orthopedic procedures in the OR, provide in-depth technical expertise, and educate both customers and internal team members on Arthrex’s cutting-edge Arthroplasty product line.
Our world-class training includes observing 400+ surgeries in your first year, advanced instruction in surgical technologies, and hands-on experience that will prepare you for a long-term, successful career in orthopedic sales.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of B2B, technical, or medical device sales required
  • Experience in orthopedics or arthroplasty preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident, proactive, and self-directed with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to adapt quickly and think critically in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Arthroplasty point of contact for agency leadership, consultants, and clinical accounts
  • Provide in-field technical expertise and procedural support
  • Educate surgeons, staff, and teammates on Arthroplasty products and techniques
  • Coordinate and lead clinical and internal training sessions
  • Strengthen and grow relationships across your Western PA and West Virginia territory
  • Attend after-hours educational events, team meetings, and industry functions
  • Travel within the assigned region and occasionally outside the territory for training or meetings
