JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid commercial driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge is an advantage for troubleshooting vehicle issues on the road.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to schedules.

• Operate various types of vehicles, including flatbed lorries, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, addressing any mechanical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while on the road to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Assist with warehouse duties when required, including inventory management and organisation.
