THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE DAY AND NIGHT WORK WITH A COMBINATION OF UK AND EUROPEAN WORK.

You will be responsible for the following:
· Deliver pre-order products to the relevant customer in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
Key Accountabilities
· Ensure daily walk around check of your vehicle is completed in line with mandatory RSA requirements and the Company policy.
· Ensure your vehicle is kept is clean and tidy at all times.
· Ensure your truck has been loaded safely prior to leaving the Depot.
· Plan your run to adhere to customer time requirements.
· Ensure the correct orders are delivered to the relevant customers by completing the necessary paperwork. Any variances on orders to be delivered, ensure to contact the Transport Office.
· Ensure that all customer dockets and paperwork are uploaded to Company mobile app after each delivery and original documents to be returned to the Transport Office as soon as possible.
· Notify the office of any customer issues, discrepancies, missing invoices, copies required etc.
· Always be courteous and professional with the Customers.
· Wear Company mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety boots and Hi-Vis at all times and Company uniform.
· Responsible for safety, showing courtesy to other road users and complying with the rules of the road.
· Ensure health and safety and food safety are maintained as applicable to your role.
· Report any incidents/accidents/vehicle faults/damage immediately to the Fleet & Maintenance Officer.
· Report any refrigeration faults/damage immediately to the Fleet & Maintenance Officer.
· Manage your driving hours in line with mandatory RSA requirements.
· Ensure your CPC Certs and Drivers Card are kept up to date.
