THE ROLE

• Basic salary £18,000 starting
• Uncapped commission structure with a realistic £40-55k OTE
• Company car and fuel allowance

• Following a solid process to ensure a smoothly operating business with an injection of your own personality and ideas to empower you to grow with us and reap the rewards
• Most of the year you will receive incoming enquiries but are still responsible for promoting artificial grass via numerous avenues including, landscape companies, schools, sporting facilities and private residential garden projects in the UK and beyond which will provide you with a consistent all year around commission earnings.
• Dealing with new installation quotations you will be visiting people in their homes, measuring the garden, explaining our process and USP’s and ensuring they get 100% outstanding customer care from start to finish.
• With support from the office team we will delivery quotes promptly and follow up with all clients to ensure nothing slips through the net.
