Position Title: Artificial Intelligence EngineerLocation : Dubai, UAESalary 25-35000 Dhms per month

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI systems, intelligent agents, and scalable backend services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop production-grade Python/FastAPI services for AI applications.
• Build agentic workflows for chat, search, and RAG use cases.
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for agent development, tracing, and evaluation.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases such as Qdrant and Milvus.
• Apply prompt engineering and agent testing methodologies.
• Monitor and optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
• Deploy AI services using Docker and cloud platforms.

• Required Qualifications3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python/backend skills.
• 1–2+ years of hands-on AI/ML production experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
