Luxoft is a global IT services provider and we’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join a long-term automotive AI project .

• 🔹 What you’ll doBuild and optimize RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search, vector stores & LLMs
• Develop ASR/TTS integrations and audio processing with Python, PyAudio & librosa
• Create LLM prompt chains, evaluation frameworks & AI guardrails
• Prototype and productionize intent classification, few-shot learning & empathic dialogue
• Integrate AI services with FastAPI & Kafka
• Contribute to edge AI, on-device inference, model quantization & latency optimization
• Monitor AI quality using metrics such as WER, CER, BLEU & faithfulness
• Collaborate with ML engineers and cross-functional teams

• 🔹 What we’re looking for3+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering in production
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar LLM frameworks
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems
• Experience with Azure OpenAI or OpenAI API
• Knowledge of prompt engineering & LLM evaluation
• Experience with ASR (Whisper, Azure Speech or equivalent) and TTS
• English B2+
