Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and prototyping through production rollout and adoption.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, data sources, and workflows.
Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
Champion responsible AI. Apply the organisation's security, privacy, and governance standards to everything you build, and help stakeholders use AI safely and effectively
Requirements5+ years of overall experience + Engineering degree
Experience building and delivering production-grade software applications.
Developed and deployed an AI Skill to business users.
Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript (or similar).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise AI services.
Experience with APIs, enterprise system integrations, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
