We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Model Development: Research, design, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve product functionality. Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for training AI models. Performance Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, making necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and ensure alignment with business objectives. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of AI models, processes, and methodologies for future reference and knowledge sharing. Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, applying new techniques to enhance our systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code. Strong knowledge of statistics, algorithms, and data modeling techniques. Preferred Qualifications Experience with deep learning techniques and frameworks. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data storage systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
