ABOUT US:

We are a growing technology company based in Chelmsford, Essex, with an increasing focus on innovation, automation, and in particular, AI. While we are well-established in our core markets, our journey into using AI within marketing is at an early stage. We are now seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead the development and application of AI within our marketing strategy and internal operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within the technology or AI sectors
  • A solid understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied to marketing and business growth
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, or similar
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to lead and innovate
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns with a clear AI focus
  • Create high-quality content that communicates our commercial offer using AI to a wide audience
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance internal marketing systems and processes
  • Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events, conferences and webinars
