The Authentic Bread Company is a multi award winning organic bakery, based in Longhope, Gloucestershire. With over 30 years experience in traditional baking, and as the largest dedicated organic bakery in the UK, we are a leader in our field.

We are looking for experienced artisan bakers to join our team, who have experience of traditional methods of baking, patisserie making, and sourdough products.
This position is to join our night shift team bread shift, working hours are Saturday to Wednesday inclusive, roughly 9pm start to 5am finish although there may be some opportunity for rotating shifts on a day pattern for the right candidate.
