La Baguette et L’Échalote is seeking a highly skilled and professionally trained bread bakers to join our team. This is a serious, high-volume production role, managing over a ton of dough per shift and delivering a consistently high-quality artisan product. Either morning shift 4:30am-1pm, or 3:00pm-11:30pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of a variety of breads, from sourdough to whole grain including mixing, rack oven and deck oven operation
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Following recipes
  • Ensuring product quality and presentation meets our high standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Proven bread baking experience including oven work in a commercial setting
  • Knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality baked goods
