This position is for two days per week, 3am to 11:30 am each day. When applying. please tell us what days you are available to work these hours.
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A WIDE VARIETY OF SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES, INCLUDING:
*Prepare bread and pastries according to recipe and bakery specifications in a timely and efficient manner including the production of doughs, breads, and other baked goods.
*Experienced in bread, Laminated doughs,
*Bread bakers require basic mixing, shaping and dividing skills, working with artisan style breads in a fast-paced environment.
*Follow production lists and maintain communication regarding changes and special orders.
*Monitor and maintain proper rotation of all baked goods and ingredients
*Must be proficient in safe use of baking equipment, including commercial mixers, sheeters, and bake ovens.
*Clean kitchen areas as directed/ as needed to ensure superior cleanliness and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
*Express versatility and teamwork in assisting with other tasks as requested.
