Description
Job Purpose To maintain, service and repair electrical equipment’s like air conditioner, fridge and solve electrical issues to all company buildings as per agreed set standards. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that all operations are carried out as per the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System at Kilombero Sugar to achieve the quality standards. Repairs electrical breakdowns including major breakdowns. Maintains a clean working environment with proper housekeeping. Carries out Domestic electrical maintenance and repairs according to agreed work standards. Control requisitions for spares and discuss with Electrical Foreman. Co-operate with management to enable them to perform their duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Abides to safety requirements and standards. Perform all tasks with “awareness” towards the prevention of any forms of pollution to the surrounding and environment. Job Qualification and Experience Diploma of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution. 2+ years’ experience working in electrical activities. Knowledge on Fault tracing and troubleshooting Extensive knowledge in Electrical Fault tracing and troubleshooting Electrical System, running behaviour, safety and lock out procedures. Terms of Service: The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
