JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented and creative Styro Artist & Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, carving, shaping, and painting Styrofoam structures for various projects, including events, exhibitions, interior décor, and advertising displays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Styrofoam artist, sculptor, or painter.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail, color, and texture.
• Proficiency in using carving tools, spray guns, brushes, and other painting equipment.
• Ability to work with different types of paint, coatings, and finishing materials.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop unique and innovative designs.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in fine arts, sculpture, design, or a related field.
• Experience in set design, event decoration, or themed installations.
• Knowledge of foam coating techniques for durability and strength.

• Design and sculpt Styrofoam into various shapes, models, and decorative pieces.
• Use carving tools, hot wire cutters, and other equipment to shape Styrofoam according to project specifications.
• Paint and finish Styrofoam pieces using airbrush, spray paint, and hand-painting techniques to create realistic textures and effects.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to bring creative visions to life.
• Ensure high-quality detailing and finishing for all Styrofoam artworks.
• Maintain and organize painting tools, materials, and workstations.
• Stay updated on new techniques and materials to enhance creativity and efficiency.
