We’re seeking a methodical and detail-focussed Artwork Coordinator to support and provide governance to our artwork labelling processes from variation submission to batch release. You will need to have a good understanding of the variation types relating to the patient safety impact of the change in artwork and be familiar with the variation timelines and the Regulatory Artwork process that must be followed within the different procedure types (CP, DCP, MRP, National).
Working from a centralised artwork management system, you’ll monitor multiple artwork change projects, from variation approval through to QP release. You’ll identify expected completion deadlines of each milestone based on the health authority approval and artwork implementation cut-off date. You will need to implement key performance indicators to track progress, identify gaps and address any bottlenecks.
With your Pharma background and analytical expertise, you will prepare and present comprehensive artwork status reports, working closely with Regulatory Compliance, Supply Planners, Manufacturing sites, Quality and Artwork Lifecycle Management teams, to minimise the risk of artwork non-compliance.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual experienced in Regulatory and Artwork to apply their skills to a tracking and data analysis role working with multiple functions within the Accord business.
