Description
Roles and responsibilities: - Supports Asia Pacific Buyer's Project Managers or Project Leads with Artwork Production deployment service, and collaborates to confirm local project delivery timelines and priorities. - Attends local and multi-country project meetings (including Kick-off, Overview, Alignment, Technical meetings with Printers), and regularly updates project status and issues. - Launches and manages projects in the Artwork Management System together with the Brand Services Support Team: - Cooperates with cross-functional teams to collect and unify artwork materials (manuscripts, graphics, design files and other relevant content). - Completes pre-coordination and artwork briefing work. - Assigns, tracks and pushes the review and approval of artwork & digital proofs. - Handles project cancellation, distribution, re-distribution and rollback. - Reviews and addresses reviewers’ comments, sorting out clear and executable feedback. - Maintains the regional approval list. - Cooperates with printing suppliers, design agencies and other third-party vendors to collect and sort out external artwork requirements (printing specifications, design files, digital proofs, inquiries, pending tasks, etc.). - Tracks project schedules and costs; identifies potential risks, escalates problems to relevant personnel and resolves roadblocks in a timely manner. - Collects requirements for new local projects and prepares corresponding quotations. - Provides induction training for new employees of Asia Pacific Buyer on the Artwork Management System and full business processes; organizes quarterly training to review operational problems and share best practices. - Promotes process optimization, analyzes KPI data, leads KPI target implementation and ensures compliance with work processes. - Handles ad-hoc artwork-related requests, disseminate process and system notifications, and fully understand the demands of Asia Pacific Buyer.
Responsibilities
The Artwork Leader manages the deployment of artwork production services across the Asia Pacific region, coordinating between project managers, printers, and design agencies.
