Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Artwork & Packaging Data Governance & Reporting Expert who is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive to join our Device Artwork and Packaging (DAP) team, based out of our campus in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. About the Role You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and stewardship of data across the entire Artwork & Packaging (A&P) system landscape. In this position, you will lead the adoption and implementation of companywide and business unit data governance frameworks, while also designing department-specific standards as needed. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will support data strategy, optimize data flows, and foster a culture of data excellence. As the data governance officer, you will drive ongoing improvements in governance, automation, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. You will also champion integrated reporting, analytics, and dashboarding, making sure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for business decision-making. Who You’ll Work With You’ll report to the Head of Artwork and Packaging Program Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external data quality coordinators, and stakeholders across the business. What You’ll Do Lead implementation of data governance frameworks and policies for A&P systems. Design and maintain department-specific data governance standards and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data strategy and policy execution. Monitor, report, and mitigate risks in data initiatives and management. Maintain high data quality and compliance through proactive stewardship. Define, update, and enforce data definitions, standards, and business rules. Map and document data flows between systems for integration and transparency. Provide guidance and training on data governance and management standards. Develop and improve reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPIs. Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business decisions. Build and maintain a network of internal and external data quality coordinators. Interested?
