Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Artwork Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team at our PMC Building location in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement, logistics, and coordination of artwork and cultural assets. You will manage vendor relationships, coordinate international shipping, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle. This position requires a professional who can balance efficiency with precision while managing complex logistics operations in a culturally significant environment. Manage the complete procurement cycle for artwork and cultural assets, including sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation Coordinate logistics and transportation of artwork, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective services Oversee inventory management and tracking systems to maintain accurate records of all procured items Prepare and manage procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping manifests, and compliance certificates Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier performance Ensure all artwork handling meets preservation and safety standards throughout the logistics process Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure procurement activities remain within approved financial parameters Resolve logistics challenges and implement solutions to maintain project schedules Maintain organized records and generate reports on procurement activities and logistics performance Stay current with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export requirements relevant to the AlUla region Qualifications Proven experience in procurement management, preferably with artwork, cultural assets, or high-value items Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and international shipping procedures Proficiency with procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate costs, quality, and vendor performance Detailed knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international trade compliance Experience with artwork handling, preservation standards, and cultural asset management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools Experience working in international or multicultural business environments Familiarity with Middle East operations and business practices (preferred) Background in cultural institutions, museums, or art handling organizations (preferred) Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Procurement and Purchasing
