Role: Artworker Communication: Fluent in English Location: Remote working until further notice A Little Bit About the Role: In a highly competitive and saturated marketplace creating visually stunning, impactful, and effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading, world class work that’s truly beautiful, smart, and effective. As an Artworker, you will take artwork briefs from the client and therefore the role demands a consistent and accurate approach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. What you will be doing: Produce artwork in strict accordance with the client’s brief, ensuring that all materials meet the highest standards of precision and quality. Establish and nurture effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients, consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Manage workloads efficiently, ensuring all tasks and projects are completed within the agreed timeframes. Continuously monitor the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all artwork, proactively resolving any issues. Demonstrate strong technical expertise and experience in producing a diverse range of collateral, covering both print and digital media. Work proactively, independently & collaboratively, as part of the design team, to deliver exceptional results. Provide guidance and leadership to team members, helping them to grow within the team. Ensure the timely and accurate completion of timesheets. Good to have: Ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy, consistently delivering artwork of exceptional quality. Demonstrated capacity to follow and uphold brand guidelines throughout all projects. Proven experience in overseeing the management of artwork collateral, ensuring all materials are handled efficiently and effectively. Track record in creating a broad range of artwork collateral, including print and digital adaptations, re-touching, image manipulation, packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. Possession of creative art-working skills will be viewed as an advantage. Experience in liaising directly with clients to ensure their requirements are met and expectations managed. Strong abilities in customer service, teamwork, and time management, contributing to seamless project delivery and collaboration. Confidence in engaging with clients, with a consistent history of taking briefs, interpreting project requirements, and delivering design solutions within agreed timeframes. Excellent proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, ensuring professional output across all stages of production. Substantial experience with POS and print work, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the processes and requirements involved. Sound knowledge of cutter guides, which is essential for packaging and print materials. Relevant experience with e-mailers, banners, and other aspects of digital artwork production. Relevant degree or diploma. An excellent portfolio of varied artworking examples.
