JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a very well-established and innovative Large Format Print company with an excellent reputation for quality and speed of service. They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Artworker with project management ability. THIS IS NOT A DESIGNER ROLE.
Position Overview & Key Responsibilities:
A proactive & self-motivated Large Format Printing Artworker/Job Processor, capable of managing multiple store roll outs. Project Management is required on assignments spanning various business sectors with well-known brands, and on prestigious projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Interpreting briefs from Clients & Account Managers, processing artwork ready for the Production department, liaising with installation teams and overseeing jobs are delivered on time.
  • Preparation of print-ready files from artworks supplied by clients in various formats.
  • Creating cutter guides, setting-up white ink layers and other ink-layered artworks.
  • Inputting of production & manufacturing specifications to our custom built job-docket system.
  • Producing installation guides and visuals, & completing delivery paperwork.
  • Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat - InDesign is not so important, but would be useful.
  • A good understanding of large format printing/graphics materials and production processes.
  • Previous experience of overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A methodical working style & high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to work on multiple deadlines, whilst working under pressure.
  • Willing to support paid overtime hours when needed
