Job Title: HPE Aruba Resident Engineer
Location: Onsite – Washington, DC (Secret Clearance Required)
Overview:
Serve as an on-site HPE Aruba expert, acting as an extension of the customer’s IT team. This role focuses on network support, design, and integration, with a strong emphasis on Aruba ClearPass and Wi-Fi technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily on-site support and act as a subject matter expert.
Conduct routine network health checks and assist with migrations/integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders on network projects and lifecycle tasks.
Maintain and update documentation and resolve technical issues effectively.
Monitor network performance and identify potential risks or gaps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in networking, consulting, and Aruba solutions.
Active Secret Clearance.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Aruba ClearPass, AOS8/10, Aruba Central, SD-WAN, AirWave, and Wi-Fi.
Strong networking background (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
Prior design, operations, and consulting experience in fast-paced environments.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $120.00 per hour
