Key Responsibilities: Support the management of the entire AS department in all administrative processes; especially OA related processes (MD approvals, invoice handling, etc) Lead preparation process for regular Budget, Performance reviews, HQ market visits, Quarterly Review Meetings, internal review meetings, dealer round tables, etc Support Management in organizing specific AS dealer events and AS convention Serve as flexible back-up in case of resource shortage in the AS departments Lead reporting for project management and follow up with relevant departments to identify gaps vs plan as early as possible Business trips may be required Ad hoc activities without specific pre-defined scope Qualifications: Strong background in reporting and presentation preparation Minimum Bachelors degree is required with general understanding of automotive AS Business 2+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. Chinese is an add on High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Strong PowerPoint/Canva and presentation skills. Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe. Why Join Us?
