Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all planning and forecasting activities of Aftersales products Close collaboration with entire product supply chain Monitor and analyze parts stock levels and warehouse operations to secure fill rate of at least 95% Closely monitor the warehouse performance and OTD (order to delivery time) Manage daily backorders per order type; ensure to limit the impact of parts delays especially for VOR cases Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China Develop a retail inventory strategy (RIM) including the connected digitalization projects Qualifications: Strong automotive planning background (parts, accessories and other products) Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills. Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe. Why Join Us?
