Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all product marketing activities for Aftersales (Spare Parts, Accessories, Conversions and Merchandise) Develop the AS product marketing strategy especially for Accessories and local products Responsible for local supplier management Lead the winter complete wheel program Develop an electronic accessory catalogue Apply latest analytics and knowledge-management tools and technology Support organization of AS dedicated events and incentive activities Lead all pricing activities for Aftersales and ensure proper supply of master data for the network Qualifications: Strong automotive product management background (especially parts and accessory business) Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills. Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe. Why Join Us? Responsibilities
