Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all order to invoice operations of the network Support dealers in placing and managing orders Manage related order claims Support network in identifying the correct products Closely collaborate with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China Support management with analysis and reporting Ad hoc activities Qualifications: Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products) Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM. Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must. High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills. Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe. Why Join Us? Responsibilities
