Essential Skills: Technical ExpertiseProficient in AS400 iSeries, COBOL, RPG (RPGLE, RPG IV), CL, and SQL.Strong understanding of AS400 system architecture, job scheduling, and debugging tools.Experience with tools like Turnover, Aldon, or similar change management systems.Banking Domain KnowledgeIn-depth knowledge of Core Banking systems, TIS, and Card processing workflows.Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging standards and payment gateways is a plus.ExperienceMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience in AS400 development and support.Proven track record of working on banking projects, including Core Banking and Card systems.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills: Experience with microservices in cloud such as OpenShift, Azure, PCF Experience with various DevOps Pipeline tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Vault, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Nexus IQ, SonarQube, UCD, Artifactory, etc
