Job Description Develop, test, and implement applications using RPG and CL languages on the AS/400 platform Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure their performance, reliability, and security Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions and improve development processes Resolve technical issues and provide user support, ensuring that all problems are promptly and efficiently addressed Document processes, changes made to applications and implemented technical solutions Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify and implement innovative solutions Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in AS400 platform and projects developments using RPG/CL (Nice to have: ADELIA Studio) Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, especially DB2 for AS400 Experience with ILE RPG and ILE CL, as well as modular development and code reuse. Problem-solving with the ability to handle technical issues.
